Very well organised package. Incredible stadium and best atmosphere I've experienced as a neutral fan.
Lots to see in City Centre. Hotel Astoria is not in a very exciting area but great location on tramline both to San Siro and Duomo (passing Leonardo's Last Supper on the way)
The trip and Barcelona was amazing. The atmosphere was electric and a great game. The service was good however did only receive documents 3 days before trip so did have to call to prompt and got 1 hour later.
Excellent stadium, very good seats, used Metro to get there and back.Madrid was a lovely city, also did tour of the Bernabau, highly recommended.
tip: Stayed at Hotel Toledo,, very good stay and part of the city, close to Metro.
Just back from a 3 night break in Madrid. The hotel was very central, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The stadium was very easy to get to and there was a good atmosphere at the match. Our seats were right at the top of the stadium but the view was good. The whole trip was organised well and we did not experience any problems. FootballBreak representatives were easy to contact with any queries we had prior to going and always replied promptly. Madrid is a beautiful city and we would like to return in the future.
First time we took a football break. Took our son to see Barcelona play at the Camp Nou. Football Break Experience service was excellent.Thank you Hotel Lleo. Your staff were lovely and so friendly. Very clean. Yummy breakfast (highly recommended). Situated in the heart of the city 5 min walk from the famous Le Rambla and Catalonya Square Easy to get around city by Metro and bus. Plenty of happy memories.
tip: Take airport bus to and from the airport to town. Quick and cheap.
