Hotel Expo very convenient near Sants station, easy access from airport via mainline train and short 5 minute walk from station and metro.
Good views from hotel roof top bar, friendly hotel staff. Breakfast ok but other local options available within a short walk. Hotel rooms a good size and clean.
A thirty minute easy walk to the stadium, metro also available would reduce the walking if preferred. A good view from the 4th level of the ground , a mixture of fans many local and some tourists.
All arrangements worked ok, however a late change meant tickets were emailed to us whilst in Barcelona rather the couriered to the hotel, friendly hotel staff printed them for us. so be advised of this potential change.
Having used Footballbreak.co.uk before we knew what to expect and as repeat visitors to Barcelona we enjoy the vibe the city gives
Buy a T10 metro ticket for 10.20e gives 10 trips on the local buses or metro or local trains includes train for airport (not the metro from the airport)
Everything OK!
Madrid s restaurants
Although sceptical at first mainly due to the low cost of the trip, cannot praise football break enough
To our great suprise we found ourselves in a vip suite complete with complimentary food and drink and front row vip balcony seats
The hotel amery st pau was also fantastic and a few stops on the metro from the nou camp
All in all a brilliant highly recommended trip, thank you so much to amira and all at football break will be going with you again soon
On arrival at Barcelona airport purchase a 72 hr metro pass, very inexpensive and convenient way to travel. around the city unlimitedly
The total package for our trip to Barcelona was absolutely fantastic, the online booking was very easy and the trip itself was even easier. There was no issues with flights, our transfers to and from airport were on time and our football match tickets were waiting for us upon arrival at hotel as we checked in. The city of Barcelona is a thing of beauty and we took as much of it in as we could for our 2 night stay. The seats for the match at the camp nou were the best seats I've ever been in out of all my visits to the camp nou. The atmosphere was very lively and the result of the match 5-2 to Barcelona was even better!
If possible I would recommend buying tickets for the hop on/hop off bus service available in the city. Its a great way to see all the sights and just a great way of getting round the city in general.
Paris is a wonderful City & lots to see & do (we stayed 4 nights). Our hotel, very near to the Eiffel tower was excellent and the metro system easy to use. However, the highlight was seeing PSG - the atmosphere at the stadium was the best I've ever been to & to see a 4-0 win was brilliant. After the game, it was easy to use the metro to get back to the hotel. The service offered from Football break was great from beginning to end. Id highly recommend!
Pre-book all major attractions - especially the Eiffel Tower to save queuing.
